In the shadowy intersection of myth and reality, Lara Croft has often served a role far greater than tomb raider: . While she never holds the title officially, the function defines her most critical adventures. A Gate Keeper, in the esoteric sense, is someone who prevents forbidden powers from crossing into our world, or who controls access to realms of immense danger.
