Link the GPO to the appropriate Organizational Unit (OU) containing your Windows 11 machines.

Important: Fixing the Missing "Users must enter a password" Checkbox

Create a new GPO and navigate to: > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry .

To disable auto-login later, simply run Autologon again and click .

If the checkbox is unavailable, you must manually edit the registry.

Click Enable . A confirmation box will appear stating that autologon is configured.

If you cannot use third-party tools, you can manually configure the registry. This method stores the password in plain text, which is a security risk.
