Law Abiding Citizen is a flawed but highly entertaining thriller. The first 75 minutes are excellent—tight, angry, and thought-provoking. The last 30 minutes try to wrap things up too neatly, leaving some frustration. Still, for a one-time watch, it’s absolutely worth downloading. Just go in expecting a B+ movie with an A- performance from Butler.

The killer, Frank Clark (Gerard Butler), is a man who was wrongly accused of a crime and was set free by Carter. Seeking revenge for Carter's role in his wrongful conviction and subsequent imprisonment, Frank orchestrates a meticulous plan to execute a revenge on those he holds responsible.
