Note: vmfsfsck is not a full fsck like ext4. It only repairs simple allocation issues. For major corruption, use file-level recovery tools.
Use fdisk -l to find the VMFS partition.
Sometimes, automatic mounting fails but a manual mount works.
Doing so destroys all chance of recovery.
