Aliarcobacter butzleri is an emerging foodborne and zoonotic pathogen, yet many of its encoded proteins remain functionally uncharacterized. This lack of annotation limits understanding of its molecular mechanisms and hampers the identification of novel therapeutic targets. In this study, we systematically performed functional annotation of essential hypothetical proteins from the BNI-3166 strain using an integrative-in-silico approach to uncover potential drug and vaccine candidates. 2,367 protein-coding sequences were retrieved from the RefSeq database and were identified 356 as hypothetical proteins. Using BLASTp, we screened these HPs against the Database of Essential Genes and the human proteome to identify essential non-homologous proteins, resulting in 20 ENH candidates. Functional annotation was performed using several domain-based databases, including Pfam, InterPro, SMART, and SUPERFAMILY. Subsequently, physicochemical properties were analyzed and predicted subcellular localization using PSORTb and CELLO. To assess druggability, the ChEMBL database was used. Virulence factors using VFDB, VICMpred, and VirulentPred 2.0 were also predicted. Gene Ontology annotations were generated via ARGOT2.5. Furthermore, we explored protein-protein interactions using STRING and predicted tertiary structures with AlphaFold3. Moreover, Ligand binding pockets were predicted using PrankWeb, and antigenicity of vaccine candidates was assessed using VaxiJen v2.0. We identified 20 essential non-homologous hypothetical proteins, of which 10 were confidently annotated based on conserved domain analysis. These proteins were classified as enzymes, binding proteins, transporters, regulatory proteins, and potential virulence factors. Among them, eight exhibited characteristics of promising drug targets, while two showed potential as vaccine candidates based on subcellular localization. Druggability analysis revealed that nine proteins had no similarity to known drug targets, suggesting novel therapeutic potential. Predicted 3D structures generated using AlphaFold3 yielded pTM scores ranging from 0.44 to 0.92, indicating acceptable to high modeling confidence. Ligand binding site analysis confirmed druggability in six candidates, and antigenicity screening identified one protein as a potential vaccine target. This study provides a computational framework for identifying functionally important proteins in A. butzleri BNI-3166 and highlights novel therapeutic candidates for experimental validation, offering new directions in drug and vaccine development against this underexplored pathogen.

Leila Botwin and Luna Rival are two notable figures within the modern French entertainment industry who have gained recognition for their frequent professional collaborations. Often seen together in high-profile productions, they have built a reputation for their on-screen chemistry and individual influence within their specific niche of the European market. Professional Backgrounds

Both individuals bring distinct backgrounds to their collaborative efforts:

It looks like you're referencing three names that may be connected to a specific fandom, story, or roleplay context.

Leila Botwin, the seemingly perfect and poised mother from the suburban world of AMC's Breaking Bad, had a secret. Few people knew that she had a rival, a woman named Luna, who had been her nemesis for years.

Luna, with her eclectic style and infectious laugh, had a way of making people feel at ease, and Leila, who valued control and precision above all else, felt threatened by her presence. As the years went by, their rivalry simmered just below the surface, with Leila constantly trying to one-up Luna and prove herself as the superior hostess, wife, and mother.

Their rivalry began when Leila and her husband, George, moved to Albuquerque, and Luna, an artist with a free-spirited nature, began to frequent the same social circles as the Botwins. At first, Leila was drawn to Luna's carefree attitude and creativity, but as time went on, she grew increasingly resentful of the attention Luna received from their friends and acquaintances.

Despite the "rival" keyword, these two performers are more frequently seen as a professional duo rather than competitors. Their collaborations are often high-energy projects that cater to a wide international audience. They have worked together under several major European production labels, as well as on projects produced by Rival’s own company. Their joint appearances are often highlight features for fans of contemporary French cinema within this category. Influence and Industry Presence

The battle between Leila and Luna had only just begun, and it would take Leila to places she never thought she'd go. The lines between reality and fantasy began to blur, and Leila's grip on her suburban world started to slip.

Entering the public eye around 2022, Botwin has become known for her distinct look and versatility. Her career has been marked by a rapid rise in popularity, making her a sought-after talent for various European productions.

As the truth came to light, Leila's rivalry with Luna turned into an all-consuming obsession. She became fixated on destroying Luna's reputation and ruining her life. But Luna, it turned out, was not one to be underestimated. She had secrets of her own, secrets that could potentially destroy Leila's perfect facade.
