Method 2: Restart the Print Spooler (The "Magic" Fix)If the simple cancel doesn’t work, you likely need to reset the Print Spooler—the background service that manages all print jobs. Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter. Scroll down until you find Print Spooler. Right-click it and select Stop. (Keep this window open!)
Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
