A shorter, but action-packed season. Tanjiro visits the hidden village of the sword makers to get his blade repaired. This arc features the return of the Mist Hashira (Muichiro Tokito) and the Love Hashira (Mitsuri Kanroji) fighting against Upper Moons 4 and 5.

9/10 (Highly recommended for both new and veteran anime watchers).

Demon Slayer did something unique here. The smash-hit film Mugen Train was re-edited into 7 television episodes (adding new music and a few extra scenes). This was followed by the breathtaking (11 episodes), which introduced the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, and the terrifying Upper Moon 6, Daki and Gyutaro.

Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District Arc (Episodes 8–18)

The first seven episodes of Season 2 re-edited the 2020 movie into episodic format, adding a brand-new first episode focusing entirely on Rengoku before he boarded the train.
