Focusing on the hypothetical but representative case of an idol named "Winter" (a stage name common in 4th/5th generation girl groups), this paper analyzes the production pipeline of these deepfakes, their circulation on platforms like Telegram and DC Inside, the legal void in South Korea and internationally, and the psychological impact on victims. We conclude with a multi-stakeholder mitigation framework.
