In Andhra Pradesh, marriage registration is governed by two primary acts, depending on the religion of the parties involved:

I/We, [Groom Name] & [Bride Name], both Indian citizens and residents of [Address], do hereby solemnly declare that we got married on [Date] at [Venue] as per Hindu rites and customs (Saptapadi, Mangalsutra, etc.) in the presence of family and friends. Our marriage has not been annulled or dissolved. We submit this affidavit due to non-availability of invitation card.
